Applications for international use plus our worldwide network of LIFO agents were developed by Dr. Allan Katcher. Our parent company is also the global owner of the FIRO Human Element® program created by Dr. Will Schutz. Our third division, BCon USA, provides a full range of consulting and training services to Japanese clients in the United States.
